Power unit (engine assembly with gearbox) installed on the front of the vehicle. The engine is located transversely, with the gearbox on the left side.

The power unit is mounted on four rubber-metal supports. The right and left supports of the power unit are attached to the body side members, the rear and front ones are attached to the subframe.

The front suspension arms and front anti-roll bar are also attached to the subframe. The subframe itself is attached to the body with bolts.

In addition, the steering mechanism is mounted on the subframe. The subframe reliably protects it from possible impacts from road irregularities, but makes it difficult to access in case of repair.
