Rear door — removal and installation (Chevrolet Aveo T250)

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the door travel limiter.

3. Unscrew the screws securing the hinges to the door. Remove the door. When installing, tighten the screws to 20 Nm.
