Removal procedure
1. Remove the decorative door seal trim. See section 9P, "Doors".
2. Remove the rear trim panel of the front side door glass frame. See section 9M, "Exterior Finishing".
3. Remove the screws securing the glass to the window regulator.
4. Remove the glass from the door.
Installation procedure
1. Install the glass into the door and place the glass into the window lifter.
Note: Direct contact of dissimilar metals may result in rapid corrosion. Use proper fasteners to avoid premature corrosion.
2. Install the glass into the window regulator using screws.
Tighten
Tighten the glass screws to 3 Nm (27 lbs.in).
3. Install the rear trim panel of the front side door glass frame. See section 9M, "Exterior Finishing".
4. Install the door seal trim. See section 9P, "Doors".
