Recirculation mode servo drive (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

Delphi

1. (Models before 2005.) Remove the upper and lower instrument panel trim.

2. (Models before 2005.) Remove the front passenger airbag.

3. (Models before 2007.) Remove the center air duct.

4. (Models since 2007.) Open the glove box. Disconnect the glove box stoppers from the instrument panel and open the glove box completely.



5. Disconnect the recirculation mode servo wiring connector (1).



6. Loosen the recirculation mode servo drive mounting screws. Tightening torque 2 Nm.

7. Remove the servo.



8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Visteon

1. Remove the air conditioning unit.

2. Loosen the evaporator radiator cover screws (1). Tightening torque 2 Nm.

3. Remove the evaporator radiator cap (1) from the air conditioning unit (2).



4. Loosen the recirculation mode servo drive mounting screws (1). Tightening torque 2 Nm.



5. Remove the recirculation mode servo drive (1) from the air conditioning unit (2).

Installation

6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

7. Calibrate the climate control servo drives.
