Dashboard Heat Shield (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

1. Raise the vehicle and place safety posts under the frame.

2. If necessary, remove the engine protection.



3. Remove the oil pan guard (if installed).

4. Remove the catalytic converter.



5. Loosen the nuts securing the instrument panel heat shield (2) or (4).



6. Remove the instrument panel heat shield (1) or (3). Tightening torque 9 Nm.

Installation

7. Installation in reverse order.
