Front door — removal and installation (Chevrolet Aveo T250)

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the door travel limiter (1) from the door or body.



3. Remove the protective rubber "sleeve" (1) from the door and disconnect the electrical connector (2).



4. Loosen the screws securing the door hinges to the body. After installing and adjusting the door position, tighten the screws to 20 Nm.

5. Remove the door.

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. After installation, adjust the door position.
