Sunroof — Position adjustment (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

The adjustment is carried out with the hatch in the zero (closed) position.

Warning: Do not remove the sunroof drive mechanism screws.

1. Loosen the 4 adjustment screws.

2. Adjust the position of the rear part of the glass panel (1) so that it is flush with the roof panel (3) or slightly higher than the panel. Height 0.0-2.0 mm.



3. Tighten all adjusting screws. Tightening torque 7 N·m.

4. Adjust the position of the front part of the glass panel (2) so that it is flush with the roof panel (3) or slightly below the panel. Height 0.0-2.0 mm

5. Tighten all adjusting screws. Tightening torque 7 N·m.
