Windshield wiper motor and linkage (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

1. Remove the wiper arms.

2. Remove the air intake grille.

3. Loosen the four mounting bolts and remove the amplifier panel. Tightening torque 9 Nm.



4. Disconnect the wiper motor wiring connector.



5. Loosen the two bolts securing the wiper linkage. Tightening torque 9 Nm.



6. Remove the lever mechanism.



7. Using a puller, separate the drive lever from the electric motor crank.



8. Unscrew the two bolts securing the electric motor. Tightening torque 8 Nm.

9. Remove the electric motor.

Installation

10. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
