Rear wing glass (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

1. Open the cargo door. Caution: If glass fragments get into the defroster vents, they may be blown out and cause injury to the passenger.

2. Close the following openings:

• a) Top shelf.
• b) Heater/air conditioner outputs.
• c) Seats and mats.

3. Remove the rear wing applique.

4. Using a glue cutting knife from inside the car, cut away the glue that holds the glass in place. Use only clean water to lubricate the knife.



5. If the original glass molding is damaged, replace it.



6. Together with an assistant and using suction cups, remove the glass.

Installation

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the necessary operations for applying glue.
