Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the upper radiator shutter.
3. Remove the headlights.
4. Remove the upper air conditioner condenser mounting bolts. Tightening torque 9 N·m.
5. Loosen the front diagonal brace mounting bolts. Tightening torque 25 Nm.
6. Remove the front diagonal brace.
7. Remove the fan diffuser.
8. Unscrew the bolts (1) securing the upper tie to the radiator support. Access the bolts from the rear of the radiator support using a wrench with an extension.
9. Loosen the bolts securing the radiator to the radiator support brace. Tightening torque 25 Nm.
10. Loosen the upper tie rod mounting bolts. Tightening torque 9 Nm.
11. Loosen the bolts of the upper support of the headlight housing. Tightening torque 9 Nm.
12. Remove the top clamp.
Installation
13. Installation in reverse order.
