Adjusting the parking brake (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

1. Install a special caliper on the inner diameter of the rear brake disc.



2. Install the caliper on the brake pads.



3. Turn the adjuster nut until the brake shoe linings contact the caliper legs.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 on the opposite side.

5. Reduce the pad toe-in to provide a clearance of 0.65 mm between the brake pads and the brake disc.
