DW110-060 Engine Mount Bracket
Removal procedure
1. Remove the battery and shelf. See Section 1E1, Engine Electrical System - 2.0 Diesel; Section 1E2, Engine Electrical System - FAM II 2.4D; Section 1E3, Engine Electrical System - HFV6 3.2L.
2. Install DW110-060.
3. Support the gearbox with a jack.
4. Remove the three bolts (1) of the left gearbox suspension bracket with the final drive assembly.
5. Remove the bolts (2) from the gearbox and final drive assembly.
6. Remove the left gearbox mount bracket.
Installation procedure
1. Install the bolts (2) of the gearbox and final drive assembly.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts (2) of the gearbox mounting with the final drive assembly to a torque of 37 N·m (27 ft·lbs).
2. Install the left gearbox mount bracket with the final drive assembly and screw in the three bolts (1) securing the gearbox mount bracket with the final drive assembly.
Tighten
Tighten the three bolts (1) securing the left-hand gearbox mount bracket to a torque of 50 N·m (37 ft·lbs).
3. Remove DW110-060.
4. Install the battery and battery tray. See Section 1E1, Engine Electrical System - 2.0 Diesel; Section 1E2, Engine Electrical System - FAM II 2.4D; Section 1E3, Engine Electrical System - HFV6 3.2L.
