Removal procedure



1. Raise the vehicle and place it on the supports provided for this purpose.

2. Place a tray or suitable container under the vehicle.

3. Disconnect the oil cooler lines from the radiator.

4. Remove the bolt securing the oil cooler pipe assembly from the gearbox with the final drive assembly.

5. Remove the oil cooler pipe assembly.

Installation procedure



1. Install the oil cooler line assembly into the transaxle assembly.

2. Install the oil cooler pipe assembly mounting bolt.

Tighten

Tighten the oil cooler pipe assembly mounting bolt to 10 N·m (89 lbs.in).

3. Connect the oil cooler lines to the radiator.

4. Lower the car.

5. Add fluid to the gearbox with the final drive assembly.

6. Check fluid level. See "Transaxle Fluid Check Procedure" in this section.
