Removal procedure
Important: Do not use a screwdriver or chisel to remove the seal. Using a screwdriver or chisel to remove the seal may damage the sealing surface of the aluminum housing.
1. Using the J-45124 removal bridge and the J-26941 bushing and bearing puller, remove the right transfer case input shaft seal.
Installation procedure
1. Using the DT-48074 Input/Output Shaft Seal Installer and the J-8092 Guide Handle, install the transfer case input shaft right seal (1).
