Removal



1. Raise the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.

2. Disconnect the tube (1) from the air dryer.

Caution: Before disconnecting the air dryer tube, clean the surfaces around the tube connector.

3. Disconnect the compressor motor connector (2).

4. Disconnect the air hose (1) from the fuel tank filler neck bracket.

5. Loosen the compressor mounting nuts. Tightening torque 15 Nm.

6. Slide the compressor (2) back along the slots in the frame.

7. Remove the compressor from the vehicle.

Installation



8. Installation in reverse order.

Caution: Before starting to drive, turn on the ignition for approximately 45 seconds to create the required air pressure in the suspension shock absorbers.
