GMT800. Front sensor
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.
2. Disconnect the sensor wire connector from the vehicle wire harness connector.
3. (GMT800) Disconnect the wheel speed sensor wires from the vehicle height sensor bracket.
GMT800. 1500 Series
GMT800. 2500 Series
GMT900
4. Loosen the bolt securing the sensor rod bracket to the upper suspension arm. Tightening torque 9 Nm.

5. Loosen the sensor mounting bolt to the frame. Tightening torque 12 Nm.
6. Remove the sensor.
7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
GMT800. 1500 Series, Left Rear
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Disconnect the sensor wire connector from the vehicle wire harness connector.
4. Loosen the sensor rod bracket mounting bolt. Tightening torque 25 Nm.

5. Rotate the bracket opening so that the bracket can be removed from the upper trailing arm.
6. Loosen the sensor mounting bolt to the frame. Tightening torque 12 Nm.
7. Remove the sensor.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. The bracket on the upper suspension arm should fit between the limiters.

Left rear
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Disconnect the sensor wire connector from the vehicle wire harness connector.

4. Loosen the sensor mounting bolts. Tightening torque 12 Nm.
GMT800
5. Remove the sensor from the vehicle.
6. Disconnect the sensor rod from the ball joint.
7. Installation in reverse order.
Note: The sensor rod is connected to the ball joint after tightening the mounting bolts.
Right rear
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Disconnect the sensor wire connector from the vehicle wire harness connector.
GMT800
4. (GMT800) Disconnect the sensor rod from the ball joint.
(GMT900) Loosen the bolt (2) securing the rod to the lever.
GMT900
5. Loosen the sensor mounting bolts. Tightening torque 12 Nm.

6. Remove the sensor from the vehicle.
7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
