Removal



1. Raise the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.

2. Unscrew the stabilizer link ball joint nut. Tightening torque 65 Nm.

2. Unscrew the stabilizer link ball joint nut. Tightening torque 65 Nm.


3. Loosen the stabilizer cushion bracket mounting bolts. Tightening torque 33 Nm.

4. Remove the stabilizer.



Installation



5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Note:

  • The orientation of the stabilizer link ball joint is shown in the figure.


  • The cut in the stabilizer pad should be facing forward.

Replacing stabilizer cushions



When replacing the stabilizer cushions, there is no need to remove the stabilizer bar itself.

Loosen the stabilizer cushion bracket mounting bolts and remove the cushion.

Note: The pillow has a split design.
