Parking system (modifications) (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

The parking system warns the driver about obstacles when parking the car. Sensors are installed on the rear bumper that register obstacles when reversing.

The system is activated automatically when the automatic transmission selector is moved to the "P" position.

Note: for the system to work correctly, the vehicle speed when reversing should not exceed 5 km/h.

The system informs about the distance to the obstacle by means of a three-color indicator of the parking system. The methods of informing the driver about obstacles are given in the table "Parking system operation".

To force the parking system to turn off, press the switch located next to the air conditioning and heating control panel.
