Heated seats (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Front seat heater



The front seat heater operates when the ignition switch is in the "ON" position.

The seat heating is switched on by pressing the switch (1) located on the driver's and front passenger's door panel, and allows the seat to be heated with different heating intensities by temperature. The heating mode is selected by briefly pressing the switch (1), with the modes changing in the following sequence: "LOW" → "ME" → "HI" → "ORR". When the heater is running, the indicator on the switch panel lights up corresponding to the enabled mode: in the "LOW" mode, one indicator lamp is lit, in the "H1" mode, three indicator lamps are lit.

To turn on the seat back heating only, press the switch (2), the indicator on the switch will light up.

Attention:
  • Care must be taken when using seat heating as excessive use may cause burns, especially in low temperatures.
  • Do not use seat heating when transporting infants, children, elderly people, sick people, people with impaired mobility, people in a state of increased fatigue or people with alcohol in their blood.


Note:
  • When the front seat heating system is operating at idle, the battery is quickly discharged.
  • Do not place objects or items with sharp corners on the seats, as this could damage the seats.
  • Do not use acetone or gasoline based cleaners.

The ventilation mode is selected by pressing the switch (2), the heating mode - by the switch (1). Changing the intensity of heating or ventilation of the seat is done by briefly pressing the switch (3), while the intensity changes in the following sequence: "LOW" → "ME" → "HI" → "OFF".
