Removal
1. If the rear air bleed tube is removed, remove the intake manifold, see chapter "Engine - mechanical part".
2. Remove the air filter outlet duct.
3. Drain the cooling system.
4. Remove the vent hose clamp (1) at the air bleed tube fitting.
5. Remove the vent hose (2) from the air bleed tube fitting.
6. Loosen the air bleed tube mounting bolts (309). Tightening torque 12 Nm.
The intake manifold is not shown in the figure for clarity.
7. Remove the air bleed tube (307) and sealing rings (308).
8. If necessary, unscrew the air bleed tube cover bolts (312), remove the covers (313) and sealing rings (308). Tightening torque 12 Nm.
9. Replace the sealing rings (308) when installing.
Installation
10. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
