Withdrawal
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
2. Drain the cooling system.
3. Remove the ventilation hose clamp (1) at the vent tube fitting.
4. Remove the ventilation hose (2) from the vent tube fitting.
5. Remove the upper radiator hose clamp (3) at the coolant pump.
6. Remove the upper radiator hose from the coolant pump.
7. Pull the upper radiator hose and vent hose away from the pump.
8. Remove the accessory drive belt.

9. Remove the lower radiator hose clamp from the coolant pump.
10. Remove the lower radiator hose from the pump nozzle.
11. Pull the lower radiator hose away from the pump.
12. Remove the expansion tank hose clamp (1) at the coolant pump.
13. Remove the expansion tank hose (2) from the pump nozzle.
14. Take the expansion tank hose away from the pump
15. Remove the heater inlet hose clamp (1) at the coolant pump.
16. Remove the heater inlet hose (2) from the pump nozzle.
17. Take the heater hose away from the pump.
18. Turn away bolts (301) coolant pump mounts. Tightening torque: first pass 15 Nm, second pass 30 Nm.
19. Remove the pump (300) and gaskets (306). Throw away the pads. Use new gaskets when installing.
Installation
20. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note: Do not use sealants unless otherwise stated. The use of sealants may restrict the circulation of coolant through the engine or accessory cooling system, which may result in overheating.
Caution: All gasketed surfaces must be clean and dry.
