Removal
1. Disconnect the upper radiator hose support clips from the fan diffuser.
1 - upper hose, 2 - inlet hose clip, 3 - inlet hose, 4 - clamp, 5 - branch pipe, 6 - lower hose
2. If necessary, remove the expansion tank hose clamp and temporarily move the hose away from the diffuser.
3. Disconnect the radiator fan motor wiring connectors.
4. Disconnect the wiring harness support clips from the diffuser.
5. Unscrew the two bolts securing the automatic transmission fluid cooler tubes to the diffuser. Tightening torque 4 Nm.
6. If necessary, open the engine oil cooler hose support clip and release the hoses from the clip.
7. Loosen the fan diffuser mounting bolts. Tightening torque 9 Nm.
8. Remove the fan diffuser together with the fans.
Installation
9. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Caution: When installing, insert the three lower protrusions of the diffuser into the holes of the radiator support, while keeping the diffuser parallel to the radiator to ensure proper engagement of the diffuser and support.
