Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the expansion tank.
3. Disconnect the ABS wiring harness connector from the connector on the ECU.
4. Cover the connector and shoe with a technical cloth to prevent brake fluid from getting on the surface.

Note: Avoid air getting into the hydraulic system or into the brake pipes from the brake master cylinder. If air gets into the hydraulic system, it is necessary to bleed it using the DBC7 ABS scanner program. If air does not get into the hydraulic system, the system will need a simple bleed.
5. Remove the brake pipe mounting nuts from the hydraulic unit.
6. Remove the bracket bolts on the hydraulic unit.
7. Remove the ABS DBC7 assembly.

Installation Notes
Tighten the brake pipe mounting nuts to 16 Nm.
Tighten the ABS mounting bracket bolts to 22 Nm.
Add new brake fluid.
After installation, bleed the brake system.
Check the brake system for leaks.
Avoid contact of brake fluid with painted surfaces to avoid damage.
Removal and installation the front wheel speed sensor
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and secure the vehicle securely.
3. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
4. Remove the bolt and front wheel speed sensor from the steering knuckle.

Installation Note
Tighten the front wheel speed sensor bolt to 9 Nm.
Removal and installation the rear wheel speed sensor
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and secure the vehicle securely.
3. Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector from the rear axle.
4. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor sealing ring.

Installation Note
Tighten the rear wheel speed sensor bolt to 9 Nm.
