1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. Remove the drive belt.
3. Press the power steering pump pulley off the pump shaft using a puller (see photo).
4. Disconnect the pressure tube and drain hose from the back of the pump (see photo).
5. Turn away bolts and remove the pump (see photo).
6. Install the pump in the mounting bracket, insert the bolts and tighten the nuts, tighten the nuts.
7. Attach tubing and hose to pump. Tighten the union nuts.
8. Press the pulley onto the pump shaft using a bolt, nut and piece of pipe tool (end head) (see photo). The pulley hub must be flush with the end of the shaft.
9. Install the drive belt.
10. Fill the power steering pump reservoir with fluid and bleed the air from the hydraulic system.
