2. Use a large screwdriver to secure the drive disk to the torque converter (on models with automatic transmission) through the openings (see photo) or flywheel by flywheel ring gear (on manual transmission models). Loosen the mounting bolts (see photo) and remove the flywheel/drive disk.
4. Installation is performed in reverse order. The torque converter drive plate must be installed so that the linings on the plate are facing the transmission. Align the hole in the flywheel/drive plate with the pin or hole in the crankshaft. Tighten the bolts with the locking compound. In a crosswise order.
