Rear axle bearing (semi-floating axle shaft) — replacement (Chevrolet Tahoe 1)

1. Remove the axle shaft and remove the seal.

2. Remove the bearing from the axle housing using an impact puller (see photo). Press in the new bearing with a mandrel (see photo).





3. Install the new seal and axle shaft.
