GMT900. Left side of the engine compartment. 1 - windshield wiper motor, 2 - brake booster, 3 - windshield washer fluid heater, 4 - fuse box under the hood, 5 - engine control unit (ECM), 6 - automatic transmission control unit (ATM), 7 - brake booster vacuum sensor, 8 - brake fluid level sensor.
GMT900. Parking brake assembly. 1 - parking brake release, 2 - parking brake switch, 3 - trim panel, 4 - parking brake pedal.
GMT800. Models with brake booster. Brake pedal components. 1 - brake booster rod, 2 - brake pedal, 3 - brake light switch, 4 - accelerator pedal, 5 - brake light switch holder, 6 - instrument cluster panel.
GMT800. Additional vacuum booster pump. 1 - connector, 2 - brake booster, 3 - additional brake booster pump.
Removal is performed in the following sequence:
- a) Disconnect the connector.
- b) Disconnect the vacuum hose.
- c) Loosen the fastening nuts. Tightening torque 18 Nm.
GMT800. Left side of the engine compartment. 1 - hydraulic tubes, 2 - pins, 3 - body panel, 4 - bracket, 5, 6, 8 - connector, 7 - mounting block, 9 - brake fluid level sensor connector, 10 - brake fluid level sensor, 11 - reservoir.
GMT900. Hydraulic brake booster. 1 - brake system reservoir, 2 - return hose, 3 - inlet pipe (from the power steering pump), 4 - hydraulic brake booster, 5 - pressure pipe/hose of the steering gear, 6 - steering gear, 7 - cooler of the working fluid of the power steering, 8 - pump of the power steering.
