Removal
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety posts under the frame.
2. If the engine protection is installed, remove the protection.
3. Separate the steering shock absorber from the transverse steering rod.
4. Remove the outer tie rods (6).
5. Unscrew the nut (10) of the pendulum arm ball joint. Do not reinstall the nut. Tightening torque 54 N·m.
6. Unscrew the nut (8) of the steering knuckle. Do not reinstall the nut. Tightening torque 62 N·m.
7. Using a puller, separate the ball joint (1) of the pendulum arm from the transverse rod.
8. Using a puller, separate the ball joint (2) of the knuckle arm from the transverse rod.
9. Remove the tie rod (9) from the vehicle.
Installation
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. After installation, check the wheel alignment angles.
