Removal
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety posts under the frame.
2. Place a safety stand under the lower suspension arm.

3. Remove the front wheel.
4. Disconnect the stabilizer bar links from the lower arm.
5. Unscrew the bolt and nut securing the lower shock absorber support.
Shown on the example of GMT 900
6. (Models with torsion bar suspension) Remove the torsion bars.
7. If necessary, remove the drive shaft.
8. Loosen the lower ball joint mounting nut of the steering knuckle. Tightening torque 100 Nm.

9. Using a ball joint puller, separate the steering knuckle ball joint from the lower control arm.

10. Unscrew the lower arm mounting nuts and remove the washers. Tightening torque 175 Nm.
11. Remove the lower arm mounting bolts.
12. Remove the lower arm.
Installation
13. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
14. After installing the lower arm, check the wheel alignment angles.
