2. Loosen the front wheel nuts, raise the front of the car and install vertical supports.
3. Remove the mudguard located on the underside of the car. Drain the engine oil and front differential transmission oil (see chapter 1).
4. Disconnect the front drive shaft from the front differential flange (see subsection 3). Wrap the bearing caps with duct tape to prevent them from falling out. Hang the drive shaft on a piece of wire.
5. Disconnect the wire from the ABS sensor, as well as from the clamps. Unscrew the brake hose holder bolt located at the junction with the metal brake pipe on the frame element (see chapter 9).
6. Disconnect the bars from the anti-roll bar (see chapter 10).
7. Unscrew the upper ball joint pinch bolt and separate the steering knuckle from the upper suspension arm. Do not allow the knuckle to fall out or strain the brake hose.
8. Place a floor jack under the lower control arm, then remove the two nuts securing the shock absorber to the frame. Lower the jack and disconnect the shock absorber from the frame.
9. Disconnect the inner CV joint from the differential or intermediate shaft (see subsection 12). In this case, the assistant must support the steering knuckle with the shock absorber.
10. Tie the inner end of the drive shaft to the frame using a piece of wire. Also secure the steering knuckle and shock absorber.
11. Go to the other side of the car and perform the operations described in paragraphs 5-10.
12. Remove the steering gear (see chapter 10).
13. Remove the bearing housing and intermediate drive shaft (see subsections 16 and 17).
14. Remove the front differential holder bolts. Disconnect the holder from the pallet, then tie it to the frame with a piece of wire.
15. Remove the engine sump (see chapter 2A).
16. Place a jack under the differential holder. Carefully unfasten the holder, place it on the jack and lower it onto the supporting surface.
17. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Tighten all fasteners to the required torques (see chapter specifications 2 A and 10). Tighten the wheel nuts to the torque shown in Chapter 1 specifications.
18. Fill the engine lubrication system and front differential with the appropriate fluids (see _ chapter 1).
