Disassembly and assembly of the front wheel hub of the front suspension (Chevrolet Aveo T200)

Disassembly

1. Disconnect the drive shaft from the front wheel hub.

2. Remove the inner snap ring.



3. Remove the wheel hub.

4. Remove the outer snap ring.

5. Press out the hub bearing.



6. Clean the hub bearing seat.

Assembly

1. Install the outer snap ring.



2. Press the hub bearing into the seat.



3. Install the inner snap ring.

4. Install the wheel hub in place.

5. Connect the drive shaft to the front wheel hub (300 Nm).
