Warning: Before performing any work on the engine, disconnect the negative cable from the battery. If some work requires voltage in the vehicle's electrical system, care should be taken to avoid short circuits to ground during such work.
Warning: Before performing work related to depressurization of the fuel system, the pressure in the system should be reduced. To do this, let the engine run for 10 seconds with the fuel pump disconnected. To disconnect the fuel pump, remove the fuse (see figure T250 2.003).
