Pressure switch and air conditioner accumulator. 1 - auxiliary battery relay, 2 - air conditioner battery, 3 - pressure switch, 4 - wheel arch, 5 - coolant level sensor connector, 6 - air flow sensor, 7 - air filter, 8 - expansion tank, 9 - auxiliary battery relay electrical connector.
Removal
1. Pump the refrigerant out of the air conditioning system.
2. Unscrew the evaporator tube fastening nut. Tightening torque 16 Nm.

3. Disconnect the tube from the evaporator.
4. Unscrew the evaporator tube fastening nut (3). Tightening torque 25 Nm.

5. Disconnect the electrical connector of the low pressure circuit sensor.
6. Unscrew the nut securing the compressor hose to the battery. Tightening torque 16 Nm.
7. Disconnect the hose from the battery.
8. Unscrew the nut (2) securing the battery to the evaporator. Tightening torque 16 Nm.

9. Loosen the nut (4) securing the battery bracket. Tightening torque 9 Nm.
10. Remove the battery (3).
11. Loosen the bolt (5) securing the bracket to the battery. Tightening torque 10 Nm.
12. Remove the bracket (6) from the battery.
13. Remove and discard the O-rings.
Installation
14. Installation is carried out in reverse order,
Important: If you replace the battery, fill the new battery with the required amount of air conditioning oil. See the section "Air conditioning fluid volumes".
15. Evacuate the system and fill the system with refrigerant.
16. Using a special device, check the system for refrigerant leaks.
