Removal
1. Remove the oil pan.
2. Remove the front cover.
3. Unscrew the bolt and nuts securing the oil receiver. Tightening torque: bolt 12 Nm; nuts 25 Nm.
4. Remove the oil receiver together with the sealing ring.
5. Remove the sealing ring.
6. Discard the sealing ring.
7. Unscrew the remaining crankshaft deflector mounting nuts.
8. Remove the crankshaft deflector.
9. Unscrew the bolts (411) securing the oil pump.
10. Remove the oil pump, plug the open holes to prevent dirt from entering the lubrication system.
Installation
1. Align the splines of the crankshaft sprocket and the oil pump gear.
2. Install the pump on the sprocket until the pump body contacts the cylinder block. Tighten the pump mounting bolts. Tightening torque 25 Nm.
3. Then the installation is carried out in reverse order.
