Engine start inhibit switch seal (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

1. Jack up the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.

2. Remove the gearbox.

3. Remove the working fluid pan.

4. Remove the valve block.

5. Using pliers, remove the pins shown in the figure.



6. Remove the start inhibit switch lever shaft.

7. Using a puller, remove the oil seal from the gearbox housing.



8. Using a drift, install the new seal.



9. Install the remaining parts in the reverse order of removal.
