Automatic transmission input/output shaft speed sensors (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal and installation

1. Jack up the vehicle and place safety stands under the frame.

2. Remove the automatic transmission fluid pan and filter.

3. Remove the valve block assembly.

4. Disconnect the speed sensor connector.

5. Loosen the speed sensor mounting bolts. Tightening torque 12 Nm.

6. Disconnect the sensor clips from the valve block.

Note: Replace the fasteners with new ones if there is a defect.

7. Remove the automatic transmission input/output shaft speed sensors.
