Transmission drive (input) shaft (Chevrolet Aveo T200)

Disassembly

1. Loosen the screw at the end of the drive shaft.



2. Remove the retaining ring at the base of the drive gear block.



3. Remove the drive shaft from the drive gear block using a universal puller.



4. Remove the bearing from the input shaft gear block using a universal puller.

Assembly

1. Install the bearing on the seat of the input shaft drive gear block.

2. Press the drive shaft into the drive gear block.

3. Install the retaining ring onto the base of the gear block.

4. Tighten the drive shaft screw to 15 Nm.
