Removal and installation the front door
Removal
1. Remove the door opening limiter. To do this:
- remove the door trim; remove the door seal;
- unscrew the screws securing the limiter to the door and to the body;
- remove the limiter.
2. Disconnect the rubber grommet between the body and the door and the electrical wiring connector.
3. Unscrew the screws securing the hinges and, with the help of an assistant, remove the front door.
4. Remove the rubber bushing between the body and the door and the electrical wiring.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
When installing, ensure that the door is positioned properly in the opening and tighten the fastening elements to the following torques:
- screws for fastening the door hinge to the body - 35 Nm;
- screws for fastening the door hinge to the door - 15 Nm, if the hinge was removed from the door;
- screws for fastening the door opening limiter to the body - 35 Nm;
- screws for fastening the door opening limiter to the door - 5 Nm;
Removal and installation the rear door
Removal
