Note: It is recommended to carry out work on removing and installing the front fenders with the front wheels removed.
Removal
1. Remove the mounting screws and mudguard.
2. Remove the screws under the front bumper trim.
3. Unscrew the screw securing the front bumper trim to the vehicle wing.
4. Unscrew the bolts at the base of the wing.
5. Open the front door and unscrew the wing mounting screw at the base of the front pillar.
6. Open the hood and remove the headlight.
7. Unscrew the mounting screws along the top of the wing.
8. Remove the wing.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
When installing, install the headlight and wing and tighten the fastening elements to the following torques:
- mounting screws along the top of the wing - 10 Nm;
- wing mounting screw at the base of the front pillar - 8 Nm;
- mounting screw at the base of the wing -10 Nm,
- screw for fastening to the front bumper trim - 1.5 Nm;
- fastening screw behind the front bumper trim - 4 Nm;
- mudguard mounting screws - 1.5 Nm.
