Note: Please observe the following instructions when servicing the brake system.
Do not use unoiled compressed air to purge the brake system components, as this may damage the rubber parts.
When removing or disconnecting any hydraulic components, the entire system or individual parts of the system must be bled.
Brake pads should be replaced on both brakes at the same time.
Torque values are for dry, unlubricated threaded parts.
1. Tank cover; 2. Tank; 3. Master cylinder; 4. Brake booster; 5. Brake booster nut; 6. Pedal bolt; 7. Pedal; 8. Pedal nut; 9. Spring; 10. Brake pedal pad; 11. Pedal bracket assembly; 12. Stoplight switch; 13. Front brake pipe; 14. Rear brake pipe; 15. Front brake hose; 16. Rear brake hose; 17. E-ring; 18. Bolt.
