Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Mark the installation location of the battery current sensor on the cable, such as with tape, to ensure correct installation.
3. Remove the insulating tape from the cable.
4. Mark the locations of the cable support clips (1) and remove the clips.
5. Bring the negative battery cable branches together.
Caution: Before removing, remember the orientation of the battery current sensor.
6. Slide the current sensor (2) off the cable. Discard the sensor.
Installation
7. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Install only the new sensor.
