Battery tray (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

1. Remove the battery.

2. Loosen the front support mounting bolts of the oil pan. Tightening torque 20 Nm.



3. Remove the front support of the pan.

4. Loosen the nut securing the oil pan to the inner panel of the front wing. Tightening torque 9 Nm.



5. Unscrew the 3 nuts securing the pan to the pan bracket. Tightening torque 20 Nm.

6. Remove the pan from the vehicle.

Installation

7. Installation in reverse order.
