Removal
1. Remove the driver airbag module from the steering wheel (for cars with airbag).

2. Remove the steering wheel from the steering column.
3. Remove the steering column trim.

4. Remove the central light switch and windshield wiper/washer switch.

5. Remove the front pillar trim.

6. Remove the instrument cluster assembly.

7. Remove the side cover.
8. Remove the lower instrument panel cover. (The lower cover of the instrument panel is removed using a screwdriver.)
9. Unscrew the mounting screws.
10. Remove the top cover of the instrument panel.
11. Disconnect the electrical connector.

12. If necessary, unscrew the screws and remove the air intake deflectors.

13. Remove the cigarette lighter and ashtray.

14. Remove the cup holder.
15. Remove the air conditioning, ventilation and heating control unit from the instrument panel.

16. Remove the audio system from the instrument panel.

17. Remove the digital clock.

18. Remove the glove box assembly from the instrument panel.

19. Remove the passenger airbag module from the instrument panel.
20. Disconnect the airbag sensor connector (yellow color).

21. Disconnect the diagnostic connector.

22. Remove the instrument panel mounting screws behind the HVAC control unit.

23. Remove the screws securing the instrument panel to the windshield.

24. Remove the mounting screws from the sides of the instrument panel.

25. Remove the steering column mounting screws.
26. Remove the instrument panel from the vehicle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
When installing, tighten the mounting screws to the following torques:
- instrument panel mounting screws - 20 Nm;
- instrument panel mounting screws located behind the air conditioning control unit - 4 Nm;
- screws for fastening the upper cover of the instrument panel - 3 Nm;
- sound signal module mounting screws - 3.5 Nm;
- watch mounting screws - 3 Nm;
- cup holder mounting screws - 2.5 Nm;
- air intake deflector mounting screws - 2 Nm.
