Adjusting the clutch pedal (hydraulic drive) (Chevrolet Aveo T200)

1. Determine the pedal's free play. Press the pedal lightly with your hand and measure the distance to the point where you feel resistance.



2. Adjust the pedal free play. Loosen the lock nut and turn the push rod. The pedal play should be between 10 and 12 mm. Tighten the nut after adjustment.



3. Measure the clutch pedal travel. Press the pedal all the way to the floor. Measure the distance from the initial to the final position.

4. Adjust the pedal stroke. Loosen the lock nut and turn the bolt. The pedal stroke should be between 120 and 125 mm. Tighten the lock nut after adjustment.
