Removal
Remove the generator assembly.

Preparatory work
Before directly removing the generator, the following work must be performed:
- disconnect the negative battery terminal;
- disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor connector;
- remove the mounting clamps and the air intake pipe (see figure T250 3.086);

- remove the battery connector nut from the generator (see fig T250 3.087);

- unscrew the generator bracket mounting screw (see figure T250 3.088);

- remove the auxiliary drive belt;
- unscrew the nut and remove the generator mounting bolt.
Disassembly
Disassemble in the order shown in the figure (see figure T250 3.090).

Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torques
