Removal
Remove in the order shown in the figure.
- 1. Thermostat mounting screw
- 2. Thermostat
- 3. Thermostat gasket
- 4. Coolant pump mounting screw
- 5. Coolant pump
- 6. Coolant pump gasket
Preparatory work
Before removing the coolant pump and thermostat, you must perform the work described below:
- drain coolant;
- remove the rear timing belt cover;
- remove the upper radiator hose from the thermostat housing.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torques
