Removal
Remove in the order shown in the figure.
- 1. Fan mounting screw
- 2. Fan
- 3. Radiator
- 4. Upper radiator hose 5. Clamp
- 6. Elastic support
- 7. Radiator mounting bracket
- 8. Drain plug
- 9. Screw
Preparatory work
Before removing the radiator, you must perform the work described below:
- disconnect the negative battery cable;
- drain coolant;
- disconnect the fan electrical connector;
- unscrew the mounting screws and remove the fan;
- unscrew the mounting screws and remove the expansion tank;
- disconnect the upper hose from the radiator.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torques
