Removal and installation the rear bumper (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need: TORX T20 key, flat-head and Phillips-head screwdrivers.

1. Remove the rear mudguards (see "Removal and installation wheel arch liners and mudguards").

2. Unscrew the screws securing the bumper to the fenders in the rear wheel wells on both sides and remove the screws with washers.

3. Using a screwdriver, pry out the cores of the two lower bumper mount fasteners...

4. ...and remove the clips.



5. Remove the rear lights (see "Replacing the rear light").

6. Press both sides of the bumper and detach it from the clips on the wings.

7. Disengage the rear bumper latches from the holders on the rear panel...

8. ...and remove the rear bumper.

9. Install the rear bumper in the reverse order of removal.
