Removal and installation the front bumper (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need: TORX T20 key, 10 mm socket head, flat-blade screwdriver, plastic mounting blade.

1. Remove the front mudguards, see. "Removal and installation wheel arch liners and mudguards").

2. In the right wheel arch, squeeze the clamps and disconnect the outside temperature sensor wiring harness connector.

3. In the left and right wheel arches, unscrew one screw securing the bumper to the front fenders.

5. ... and one central screw securing the front engine mudguard to the bumper.

6. Remove the four bolts securing the front bumper to the radiator frame.

7. Pull out the cores of the six pins that secure the front bumper to the radiator frame...

8. ...and remove the pistons.

9. Remove the edges of the bumper from the holders on the front fenders...

11. If necessary, remove the upper and lower radiator grilles from the front bumper by pressing the latches on the inside of the bumper.

12. Install the front bumper in the reverse order of removal.
