Removal and installation the head unit of the audio system (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need: a 7 mm spanner, a special plastic mounting blade or a flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.



2. Pry up the top edge of the console trim...



3. ...and remove the decorative trim, overcoming the resistance of the spring clips.



4. Remove the four head unit mounting bolts...





5. ...and move it away from the dashboard.



6. Press the lock of the wiring harness connector and fold back the lock.



7. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the head unit.



8. Pull out the lock...





9. ...disconnect the antenna cable connector from the connector...



10. ...and remove the head unit.

11. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
